Instead
of demolishing an old building formerly used for storage, NOLS is recycling
it! A licensed contractor is carefully taking it apart, so that most of
its component parts (flooring, windows, doors, siding, bricks, hardware, etc)
can be re-purposed or re-used. The process is less expensive than a
traditional demolition job, and it’s definitely greener. It will be replaced with a brand new maintenance and storage facility for NOLS this summer.
