Unwind by Neal Shusterman
A book for Grades 7 & up, Unwind takes place after the Second Civil War. When their children are between the ages of 13 and 17, parents can choose to have every part of their kids’ bodies harvested and donated to other people so that, technically, they don't really die. Three teens are about to learn about the dark road that leads to "harvest camp" and the hidden mysteries involved in “unwinding.”
